Are you looking for a new team to play on? Look no more! The Huntington Y Hawks may be your answer as to where you will be playing next season and throughout your High School years. The Huntington Y Hawks are a solid team and are one of the most improved teams in this age group. Over the last three years we have moved from the bottom of Division 7 up to the top of Division 3. Three years ago while in D7 we were ranked 93rd in our age group in LIJSL. We finished this season as number 24 and we will better that next season. We will have the majority of the team back again for the fall and after losing some and adding a couple, we still have several openings remaining. Unfortunately, I know at this age group, a lot of teams fold, leaving some with the decision of quitting or finding a new home. So, if you want to continue playing the game that you love, come down and see what we are all about. Why not bring down a teammate or two with you?
The keys to our success have been to train hard yet have a balance with the pressures of High School scholastics and athletics. A majority of our boys are involved in AP or Honors classes, fall, winter and spring school athletics (many three letter men), band, orchestra and clubs. Although many of our players are experienced Hawk veterans, we have just five of our original U-10 team left. This shows that we also are able to successfully integrate new players to our team. We have our own lighted field and conveniently schedule our practices late enough for you to attend an after school practice or game and understand when too much homework might prohibit you from attending on some of those hectic school nights. Train with the area's most dedicated coaches and one of Long Island's most accomplished and sought after trainers. In the fall, we will have two quality sessions each week with our trainer and a third session for our goalkeepers. Stay active this summer and develop !
your skills to get in shape and stay in shape for your High School Try-outs with our Summer-Long Training Program. Become an intricate part of a special elite team!
For now, we have scheduled two more tryout dates on Friday, June 20 and Friday, June 27 from 6:15 to 8:15, but if those dates have passed, call me anyway. We will be starting again in early July, so you might be able to join us then, if we still have openings. Our trainer will run our tryout, so these are really open practices and you will experience how your practices would be if you were to become a Hawk. I have found that sometimes players need a few times with us before they feel comfortable and relax and play their best, so the more you come down the better. I have seen some good talent in the lower divisions when we were there, so please don't be afraid to try-out even if you are coming from a Division 4, 5 or 6 team. For more information, directions or to inform me that you want to attend one of these try-outs, please either call me (Coach Adam) on my cell @ 516-972-8777 or e-mail me @ ysoccer@optonline.net. Thank you & good luck!

The Kings Park Titans are a serious but fun team. Our coaches provide discipline and structure, yet they are open minded and encourage players to make suggestions and observations.
We are the Division Champs in 5E and finished the season strong with back to back to back (3) shutouts while also scoring 14 goals. In all we finished 8 0 1 with 33GF and 10GA. It is a strong possibility we will be in Division 3 next season.
Please call or email me with any questions 516-695-1118 or scottw@webersystems.com
If you are coming to the tryout please let me know ahead of time. Thanks.
