I help Black women in STEM navigate the
research and defense processes.
I am a professional nuclear engineer, mechanical engineering researcher, and advocate for demystifying STEM and the Ph.D. process. I have 18+ years of experience in the military, government, and commercial nuclear industry.
Through my coaching and research I endeavor to address the profound need for quality, affordable graduate school and early career coaching and technical support for Black Women in STEM disciplines as they navigate the complexity, chaos, and oftentimes toxic environments known as engineering academia and the engineering industry.
Through my consulting, I provide:
Nuclear safety inspections and program/procedure design (including reactor, operations, uranium enrichment, spent fuel storage, nuclear materials processing, and criticality)
Licensing and regulation experience including 10 CFR 50, 52, 70, 71, and 72 licensing as well as US DOE nuclear regulations
General engineering and plant operations, safety, and maintenance inspections, and program/procedure design.
